MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has brokered an expansion and lease renewal deal in Sanford. Jacksonville-based Fastenal wanted to expand from 2,640 square feet at 643 Progress Way and moved to a larger space at 655 Progress Way.
The tenant has signed a lease for 61 months for 4,000 square feet in Monroe CommerCenter South at 655 Progress Way in Sanford.
