TAMPA, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a garden apartment property in Tampa. A private investor has sold Hyde Park Pointe, an apartment property consisting of 32 units in the center of Hyde Park/SoHo District in Tampa, to a limited liability company for $1,900,000.
