TAMPA, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a retail property in Tampa. A Florida-based limited liability company has sold a retail strip plaza measuring 6,334 square feet at 1900-1908 West Dr. Martin Luther King to a private investor for $280,000.
The retail strip plaza was constructed in 1969. Francesco P. Carriera and Michael J. Jaworski from Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
