DENVER-Regency Centers, Continuum Partners and King Soopers are planning to start construction on a retail and residential development at Kent Place. The development plans call for a King Soopers store measuring 30,000 square feet and a 20,000-square-foot high-end retail space at the development site located at Hampden Avenue and University Boulevard.
