NEW YORK CITY-Tenth Street Entertainment has signed a lease for five years for 7,000 square feet at 38 West 21st Street. The company, presently located at 568 Broadway, wanted to expand its operations.
Tenth Street will pay $28 per square foot for the leased space. The company also received $100,000 in tenant improvement allowance. Yvonne Chang and Grant Greenspan with the Kaufman Organization negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
