NEW YORK CITY-Adventure Entertainment has leased more than 23,000 square feet on the ground and second floors of the old New York Times building located at 229 W. 43rd St. The tenant will open a theme-based eatery at the building for the winter holidays.

Africa Israel USA owns the property in a business agreement with Five Mile Capital Partners. Newmark Knight Frank Retail represented the tenant, and Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented the owner in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
