BOSTON-KS Partners LLC has closed a new lease deal in Wilmington. Accellent has signed a lease for 44,711 square feet of space at 100 Fordham Road in Wilmington, Massachusetts.
In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by Neil Ross from Jones Lang LaSalle, while Tom Clark from KS Partners represented the property owner on behalf of Fordham Equity Partners LLC, a partnership between GE Capital and KS Partners. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
