ORANGE COUNTY, CA-American Vanguard Corp. has signed a lease renewal and expansion deal at 4695 MacArthur Court in Newport Beach. The company has leased a floor from Irvine Company at the 15-story office building for five years.
American Vanguard has also expanded its space to 19,953 square feet from 9,119 square feet. It has signed the deal for $2.4 million. Ralph Simmonds with Simmonds Realty Group represented the tenant, while Rick Wandrocke with Irvine Company represented the landlord in-house in the deal.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
