AUSTIN, TX-An affiliate of Amstar Group, a real estate investment manager based in Denver, has sold a 78-acre land located at the corner of Falconhead Boulevard and Ranch Road 620 in Austin, Texas, to Fort Worth-based Cielo Residential Partners LP. The property was sold for an undisclosed price.
The buyer has plans to construct multifamily units on the site by September. Brokers from CB Richard Ellis' Austin Land Services Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
