HOUSTON-Perry Zieben Realty Co. has brokered a new lease deal for a retail space in Friendswood on behalf of Dollar Tree Stores, the tenant. Dollar Tree Stores has signed a lease for 10,875 square feet of retail space in the Captain Corner Shopping Center located at FM 518 and FM 2351.
