HOUSTON-Read King has brokered two lease deals for retail spaces in Houston. Salon Firdous has signed a lease with Shepherd Investors for 1,300 square feet in Shepherd Square at Shepherd and Westheimer, and Texas State Optical has signed a lease deal with Wilson/Beltway Ltd. for 2,100 square feet in Park Lakes Landing at Wilson and Beltway 8.
