HOUSTON-Coldwell Banker Commercial Ingram Group has handled a new lease deal for a retail space in Houston. SAS Shoes has signed a lease with Teas Crossing West Commercial for 2,007 square feet of retail space in Teas Crossing situated at Interstate 45 and FM 3083.
