HOUSTON-Cushman & Wakefield and Gibson & Granello Realty Partners have closed the sale of 15.4 acres of land in Houston. Three Sisters Trust has bought the land situated in New Decade Drive's 9600 block in the Bayport Park North Industrial Park from Jack B. Kelley Inc.
In the deal, the buyer was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's Coe Parker, John Littman and Kelley Parker, while the seller was represented by Gibson & Granello Realty Partners' Jason English and Barrett Gibson.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
