RALEIGH, NC-Bell Partners of Greensboro has bought a Raleigh apartment complex valued at $27 million through a joint venture with Philadelphia-based TRECAP Partners. The 13-building Autumn River Apartments consisting of 284 units is situated on Rio Valley Drive in north Raleigh.

The seller of the property was an apartment investment company based in Virginia. Together with Autumn River Apartments, Bell Partners holds 23 properties containing 6,825 units in the greater Raleigh market.For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving The Greater Triad Area.
