SAN DIEGO-Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has closed the sale of two office condos in Sorrento Valley. PV Venture Sorrento LLC, a branch of San Diego-based PacVentures Inc., has sold units 104 and 105 totaling 6,204 square feet in Venture Sorrento Office Park at 11189 Sorrento Valley Road to the Del Mar Union School District for $1.3 million.
