CORAL GABLES, FL-Cisco Systems, Inc. has recently moved to the Deerwood South office park in order to consolidate its Jacksonville offices. The company has leased 15,995 square feet in Building 100 at Deerwood South located at 10151 Deerwood Park Blvd. from Flagler.
Deerwood South comprises four Class A buildings containing 521,971 square feet of office space. Kaycee Gardner of Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage Inc. represented the tenant, while Gary Cox of Flagler represented the landlord in-house in the deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
