ORLANDO-Colliers International Central Florida has closed the sale of a land parcel in Orlando. CRM Florida Properties LLC has sold the 4.36-acre land parcel located at the northwest corner of Orange Avenue and West Colonial Drive, outside of downtown Orlando.
CRM Florida Properties has sold the property to Pollack Partners for $3.7 million or about $850,000 per acre. Kane Morris-Webster and Susan Morris with Colliers International Central Florida negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
