KANSAS CITY, KS-Boston-based Colony Realty Partners LLC has purchased an industrial building measuring 172,000 square feet at 6100 Stilwell Ave. in Kansas City's Executive Park from Chicago-based Quadrangle Development Co. The property is currently occupied by Ken-Mac Metals Inc. and A.M. Castle & Co.
