DALLAS-Costco Wholesale is opening a store spanning 148,000 square feet at Frisco Trails Shopping Center. Cencor Realty Services is currently developing the shopping center situated at the southeast corner of Eldorado Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway.
Costco started the store construction in early April and the development is expected to be completed in late September. In the lease deal, Northwest Atlantic and Princeton Partners represented Costco, while The Weitzman Group negotiated on behalf of the center.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
