BALTIMORE- Forest City Enterprises Inc., which developed the Johns Hopkins biotech park, has secured a mortgage loan worth $70 million on the park's first research building called the John G. Rangos Sr. Building. AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co. offered the loan to close a 10-year construction loan worth $61 million on the building located at 855 N. Wolfe Street in Baltimore.
