BOSTON-Davis Square Partners, a partnership that involves KSS Realty Partners of Boston and Boston-based Gate Residential Properties of Boston, is preparing to start construction on Maxwell's Green project in Somerville. The $52.5-million development will come up on a 5.5-acre property.
The project will comprise 199 rental residential units adjacent to the forthcoming expansion of the MMTA's Greenline. The construction work will start in May and will be completed by 2015. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
