SIMI VALLEY, CA-SVPs David Young and Chad Gahr of NAI Capital's Encino office represented Entertainment Earth Holdings LLC in the purchase of an 81,646-square-foot industrial property at 61-69 W. Moreland Rd. from RGH Holdings LP, which was represented by Scott Caswell of Delphi Business Properties.
