ST. LOUIS-Express Scripts, a pharmacy benefits manager, has appointed Clayco to construct its $70 million worth development at NorthPark. Clayco will be the designer and builder of the project comprising the construction of two headquarter buildings on the University of Missouri-St. Louis campus and the development of a facility spanning 234,000 square feet located close to the Express Scripts Technology & Innovation Center.
