TAMPA, FL-iStar Financial Inc. has selected Grubb & Ellis Company to lease a retail/office and restaurant space measuring nearly 10,000 square feet at Station Square on behalf of the company. John Stoner and Wanda De Boer from Grubb & Ellis' Retail Group will manage the leasing deal for the property.
