NEW YORK CITY-Massey Knakal is marketing an investment-sales portfolio comprising more than 200,000 square feet of bouquet, including six development sites and properties in northern Manhattan. According to industry sources, the portfolio could change hands for about $100 million.

The portfolio includes a retail building measuring 5,000 square feet on 125th Street; a two-building, 41,600-square-foot property on Broadway; a 37,000-square-foot retail space on Broadway; a six-story parking garage in Washington Heights; and a 125-car parking plot and a 26,000-square-foot retail building in Inwood.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
