SAN FRANCISCO-Gus Murad-owned Medjool restaurant and nightclub situated at 2522 Mission St. in the Mission District is listed for $7.25 million. In late March, Murad sold his Giant Value property situated in the Mission for $5 million or $6 million to Oyster Development, but he held ownership of other Mission properties, including Medjool and New Mission Theater.
