ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has brokered a new lease deal for an office space in Orlando. EDCO Group, Inc., d/b/a ABI Document Support Services in Lake Mary has signed a long-term lease for the office space measuring 3,800 square feet in the SunTech Commerce Park at 43 Skyline Drive in Lake Mary.
The tenant has leased the space from Coconut Creek-based Butters Real Estate Funds. NAI Realvest represented the tenant, and Morrison Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
