VALENCIA, CA-Lee & Associates has closed two deals in the San Fernando Valley region. In the first deal, Old Road Realty LLC has purchased a shopping center spanning 30,000 square feet located at 28656 The Old Road in Valencia from First California Bank. In the deal, Lee & Associates represented both the buyer and the seller.
