DENVER-Florida-based The Sembler Co. will purchase a parcel at East Ninth Avenue and Colorado Boulevard in Denver for $34.8 million. The 30-acre land comprises about 3 million square feet of vacant office space. Sembler plans to develop a mixed-use development in the site.

The former site of University of Colorado was originally allocated for a mixed-use development by the university. Shea Properties was the developer who planned to develop 1,200 residential units along with office and retail areas.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
