NEW YORK CITY-Sherwood Equities, a real estate firm based in New York, has purchased a hindered development site located close to the High Line for $7.3 million. Shalom Azani was the owner of the four-floor building situated at 508 W. 20th Street. Zohar Properties Inc. represented Shalom Azani in the transaction.
