NEW YORK CITY-Brokerage firm Studley has completed a 210,000-square-foot leasing at 7 World Trade Center on behalf of legal firm, WilmerHale. This is the company's fourth high value deal in the past year.
Studley represented PineBridge Investments' 115,000-square-foot lease at 399 Park Avenue, Freshfields' 110,000-square-foot lease at 601 Lexington Avenue and Winston & Strawn's 265,000-square-foot lease at 200 Park Avenue.
