BUFFALO-Visions Hotels has inked an agreement with an investment group based in Texas to purchase Hampton Inn, an 80-room hotel in East Aurora. According to the documents filed in the Erie County Industrial Development Agency, Visions Hotels is spending $7.4 million for the property situated on Olean Road.
Visions Hotels will buy and upgrade the property via its affiliate East Aurora Lodging LLC. The total investment required is nearly $9.3 million.For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First.
