NEW YORK CITY-Brick Lane Curry House is expanding its operation. The eatery has signed a lease for a three-level outpost at 99 Second Ave. following a lease at Third Avenue at 93rd Street.
The Indian restaurant has leased 7,000 square feet at 99 Second Ave. located between East 5th and 6th streets. Asking rents for the ground-level space in the neighborhood are $120 per square foot.
