EVENT OVERVIEW:
The San Diego Receivers Forum presents "Hospitality and Receivership: What You Should Know Before You Go In," on Tuesday, April 12, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Campus Pointe Conference Center, 10300 Campus Pointe Drive, San Diego. The distinguished panel of experts includes Kevin Berry, vice president of hotel operations, Trigild, Inc.; Natasha Perez, managing director, Acquisitions and Development, R.A. Rauch & Associates, Inc.; and Alan X. Reay, president, Atlas Hospitality Group. Hotels are complex operating businesses with real estate as one of their assets. The program will discuss the intricacies of hotel receiverships, including employees, liquor licenses, multiple government agencies, and the complexities of selling the asset. Includes networking and lunch.
