NEW YORK CITY-RHI Entertainment is relocating to 423 W. 55th St. from 1325 Sixth Ave. The company has signed a lease with the Winter Organization for 24,400 square feet of space at 423 W. 55th St.
RHI will occupy the entire 12th-floor penthouse. The property was recently turned into an office building from a semi-industrial building. Norman Bobrow & Co. represented the tenant, and Newmark Knight Frank represented the ownership in the lease deal.For the full story, go to New York Post.
