
NEW YORK CITY-Scripps Networks, the owner of Food Network, is expanding in the Chelsea Market. The media company has renewed its lease and expanded its space by 36,389 square feet in the building.
Scripps Networks has signed the new lease deal for 10 years. With the new deal, the company currently has a total of 154,489 square feet in the building. Asking rent was $55 per square foot. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, and Newmark Knight Frank represented Jamestown, the landlord. For the full story, go to New York Post.
