TAMPA, FL-Flagler has almost completed its three-year renovation plan worth $1 million at Bridgeport Center in Westshore submarket of Tampa. The improvement plan includes the replacements and upgrading of HVAC systems, cabs and elevator systems. As the final part of the upgrading plan, the company is renewing the office tower's lobby with new flooring, lighting and ceiling.
