JACKSONVILLE, FL-Goodman Properties has acquired the Best Buy Shopping Center in Jacksonville from ARC Properties Inc. for $8 million. The shopping center spanning 94,164 square feet is located at 8151 Blanding Blvd. Best Buy is the anchor tenant of the retail building.
