COLUMBUS, OH-Accounting firm Holbrook & Manter has signed a deal to occupy 3,500 square feet at Grandview Yard, an office and retail building being constructed at the southeast corner of 775 Yard Street in Grandview Heights. Nationwide Realty Investors Ltd. is the developer of the mixed-use building.
