MACON, GA-According to Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, a private investor based in Georgia has purchased the Clisby Towers for $1,300,000. Clisby Towers, which was constructed in 1980, is an apartment complex comprising 52 units. The complex is situated at 2087 Vineville Avenue in Macon, Georgia.
