FREMONT, CA-Electric media monitoring firm Meltwater Group has inked an 8,690-square-foot lease at the Fremont Office Center. The company intends to house a new research and development office at the Class A office tower located at 39300 Civic Center Drive close to the Fremont BART Station.
In the deal, Scott Dever of the Colton Co. negotiated on behalf of the owner, Fremont Partners I, while Nick Kavayiotidis of Colliers International negotiated on behalf of the tenant.For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times.
