CHARLOTTE, NC-New Boston Fund Inc. has completed the acquisition of the Harris Corners office park from Beacon Partners' affiliates for about $50 million. The three-building office park spanning 361,144 square feet is situated close to the junction of West W.T. Harris Boulevard and Interstate 77.
Beacon Partners' affiliates will maintain the leasing and management of the office park for New Boston. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Charlotte Business Journal.
