EMERYVILLE, CA-Santen, a manufacturer of eye-care products based in Napa, California, has leased 50,000 square feet in an office building located at 2100 Powell Street in Emeryville. The company is planning to relocate its headquarters and staff to the 16-floor office tower spanning 345,000 square feet in July 2011.
