EVENT OVERVIEW:

The Fogelson Forum is hosting a panel discussion on Gateway, a proposed 25-acre mixed-use addition to the southeast corner of Central Station in Chicago. The site, located over Illinois Central Railroad tracks, is the last undeveloped property on Lake Shore Drive. The $4 billion proposed plan calls for a convention hotel; regular hotel; high rise, mid-rise and town house residential buildings; retail and green space. Adjacent to McCormick place, the site will provide direct access from Lake Shore Drive to the convention center and Michigan Avenue. The Forum regularly attracts a large audience that comes for the premier networking at 5:30 and the speakers program from 6:30-8:00.
