AUSTIN, TX-T. Stacy & Associates Inc., in partnership with the Texas School Land Board, has bought the Barton Ridge office complex for an unrevealed price. T. Stacy purchased the four-building property through its T. Stacy Value Fund I that was founded by the company in 2010.
The office complex sits on a 19-acre site at 4544 S. Lamar Blvd. in Austin. CB Richard Ellis negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller, while T. Stacy represented by an internal team.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
