ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Adams & Son Transport Inc. has relocated to Buena Park from La Mirada. The trucking and warehousing company has signed an industrial lease with Oltmans Real Estate Services of Whittier for 66,510 square feet at 7101 Cate Drive.
The tenant has signed the lease for $1.7 million. The industrial building was recently renovated by Oltmans. In the lease negotiation, Colliers International's Chuck Wilson represented the tenant, while Inco Commercial Brokerage's Joe Milo represented the landlord.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
