SUGAR LAND, TX-Churrascos has signed a lease with Planned Community Developers for 7,500 square feet of space in Lake Pointe Town Center, a mixed-use development at Texas 6 and U.S. 59 in Sugar Land. Whole Foods has anchored space in the center.
The new restaurant, being constructed on a building, is expected to be opened this fall. Shelby/Estus Realty Group's Tom Estus represented the tenant, while Charles Adams represented the landlord in-house in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
