SAN JOSE, CA-Rob Facchino and Mike LaBarbera from Terracommercial Real Estate has purchased Hacienda Gardens Shopping Center, a 100,000-square-foot mall in the South Bay in San Jose, for $17 million. Last year, a plan to refurbish the mall into a mix of housing and new retail buildings was approved.
The deal was signed after Garrett Rajkovich of San Jose and Ken and Mark Tersini of Cupertino-based KT Properties filed a bankruptcy protection. David Taxin of Meacham Oppenheimer brokered the sale.For the full story, go to Chicago Tribune.
