LAKE FOREST, CA-According to brokers at the Land Advisors Organization's Irvine office, KB Home submitted the winning bid to acquire an 11-acre parcel called as Whisler Ridge in Lake Forest. The Los Angeles-based builder plans to develop homes on the site located at Osterman Road and Regency Lane by the end of 2011 or in the beginning of 2012.
KB Home did not reveal the terms of the Whisler Ridge acquisition. According to reports, the parcel could fetch $15 million.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
