THE WOODLANDS, TX-Grubb and Ellis has negotiated an office lease on behalf of Triple Net Properties, the landowner, in The Woodlands. Pernix Therapeutics has signed a lease with Triple Net Properties for 2,744 square feet at Waterway I located at 10003 Woodloch Forest in The Woodlands.
The tenant was represented by Bandier Realty Partners' Krissie Vanyo, while the landlord was represented by Grubb and Ellis' Laura Schlameus and Ace Schlameus in the lease deal.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
